Warranty Policy

The Lusso Lifestyle – Pizza Ovens are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty.


Our manufacturer’s warranty covers the ovens to be free of production defects in material and workmanship. All structural components (oven body, smokestack, legs & non-movable parts) are warranted for (1) year from the invoice date.

Non-structural components (Pellet Loader, Gas control valve, Thermometers etc.) are warranted for (180) days from invoice date. Standard wear items (Door handles, fittings, rubber feet, etc.) are warranted for (90) days from the invoice. Limited manufacturer’s warranty policy does not include labor or service and applies to the original owner only and consists of a part replacement only, excluding any shipping costs.

This warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Commercial applications (Restaurant Use)

  • Normal maintenance and adjustments or damage caused by malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness, or operation.

  • Damage caused by corrosion of any kind.

  • Damage to components incurred during transportation or unloading.

  • Damage caused by improper use or overloading.

  • Cosmetic defects or blemishes that do not interfere with the functionality of the oven.


On behalf and in conjunction with the manufacturer, The Lusso Lifestyle shall repair or replace within the warranty periods and at the manufacturer’s discretion, those parts returned to our warehouse. The Lusso Lifestyle shall not pay for costs of ground transportation of said parts and/or no labor for replacement of said parts. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, operated, used, and maintained in accordance with The Lusso Lifestyle and its specifications set forth in the installation, operation and maintenance manual and instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind, The Lusso Lifestyle offers an easy-to-follow Return Policy on all its products.

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from current in-stock inventory, provided they are in sellable condition.

  • All returns must be in unused condition.

  • All new returns must be in their original packaging.

  • No restocking fee will be charged if the return is within 14 days from invoice date.

  • Items returned after 14 days from invoice date may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All electronic/software products are not returnable once opened.

  • Special/Custom orders are not returnable.

  • Drop shipped items, directly from the manufacturer will incur a 45% re-stocking fee.

  • Items are not returnable after 30 days from purchase date.

You are responsible for reaching out to a The Lusso Lifestyle Customer Support team to submit a return claim upon which an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued to accompany your return.

Our Customer Care team will require a photo of the product, a copy of your invoice, and the reason(s) for return.

All items returned for credit must be clearly marked with (RMA) number on the outside of the box and shipped back to the address as instructed.

Once the Customer Care team has approved your return, they will provide you with the necessary shipping details for the return.

Upon receiving your returned item, it will be inspected by our Customer Care team, to ensure that all parts/pieces have been returned in their original packing and show no signs of damage or use. Once the return has been deemed valid, you will receive your credit back with 3-5 Business days.

Any unauthorized returns or returns with damaged or missing pieces will incur a 35% processing fee. Please follow the above-listed return preparation instructions to avoid this fee.
